Barre is a ballet-inspired workout that blends strength training, pilates type movements and stretch into one class. Using small and controlled movements at the barre and dynamic flows you’ll work on strength, alignment and flexibility- whilst feeling energised and empowered.
It’s low impact and beginner friendly yet delivers a powerful and sculpting full body workout.

Hi, I’m Michelle, your Certified Barre Instructor and I can’t wait to welcome you to the barre!
With a background in dance and a love for fitness, I’ve always believed movement should feel both empowering and joyful. Barre brings together the precision of ballet, the strength of Pilates, and the flow of fitness to create a workout that sculpts the body, lifts the mood, and leaves you glowing from the inside out.
My classes are designed to be accessible for every body whether you’re brand new or already active, with a focus on building strength, improving posture, and finding confidence through movement. I love creating an uplifting atmosphere where music, energy, and community come together.
My goal is simple: to help you fall in love with the process of moving, challenge yourself in the best way, and leave class feeling stronger, taller, and brighter.
